I was totally looked after on the flight to Hong Kong and not by Jim who was sitting the other side of the aisle but by a lovely Australian guy who was on the flight with his English girlfriend. He continually brought me drinks and snacks back whenever he went to get something for himself and sorted out my monitor what a star.
Our journey by train to our hotel was incredibly easy and we left our luggage and went off to get something to eat.  Eating has proved the most difficult thing to do in Hong Kong from ordering the wrong dimsum which leaked all over the tablecloth to ending up in a noodle bar which was very basic - this was confirmed when I noticed people dipping their chopsticks and spoons in the free hot tea to make sure they were clean!!
We enjoyed a lovely visit to Kow loon which included a trip on an original Junk on the river called the Duckling which I can really recommend.
Jet lag caught up with us on the Saturday and we need to prepare for our next big flight so a bit of a quiet day.
Would really recommend Hong Kong, travelling around is really easy and I am sure we were just unlucky with our restaurant choice.
